Biography:
Dr. Kim Rondina has been a physical therapist for over 15 years. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Southern California. She has extensive outpatient experience and has functioned in multiple capacities including Senior Physical Therapist, Director of Clinical Development, and Director of Practice Performance.
Kim created and implemented mentorship and professional development programs for hundreds of therapists related to manual skills, clinical excellence and decision making, and providing an exceptional customer experience. As part of an executive team, responsibilities included strategic planning, leadership/director development, practice analytics and therapist engagement and retention. Kim has presented to numerous organizations at the state level on topics related to manual therapy, as well as driving patient outcomes. Kim has also published ‘Outcomes Programs: Future Opportunities within our Profession.’ (Viewpoint) PPS Impact. 2011; September: 58-60. Involvement in such a breadth of projects provided a level of influence and leadership that fuels her passion for connecting with every person that she encounters as a client, or as a colleague.
